This enrollment form is used for our Summer Camp. Please select the program you are enrolling in below so we can set up your child correctly.

Enrollment Options

Choose the option that applies based on whether your child is enrolling for the first time or returning after a previous enrollment.

First-Time Student Registration

For families enrolling a child for the first time. Includes initial registration, program setup, and access to all required resources. First time registration fee is $150

Enroll First Time Student

Returning Student Enrollment

For students who were previously enrolled and are rejoining after a break. Covers account reactivation and administrative setup. Returning students pay $40 re-enrollment fee
